Our Story

Yeng is a board certified Internal Medicine-Pediatric physician, physician leader and a certified leadership coach. Michelle is a healthcare operational leader and a leadership coach. Together, we share a vision to help leaders be their best. We find coaching to be an inspiring tool for personal growth and leadership development, and we are grateful to take this journey with others.
